This project is a new 15-storey patient tower for Toronto Western Hospital, part of the University Health Network (UHN). Constructed as a fast-track project using Flynn Speedwall™ systems, the tower is designed to target Zero Carbon Certification.

The design features three stacked boxes seamlessly integrated into the existing hospital. A ground-floor garden and an exterior terrace on Level 11 provide much-needed public outdoor spaces within the dense urban context. The façade’s undulating ACM cladding, finished with white mica and copper metallic accents, creates a contemporary aesthetic while subtly resonating with the surrounding historic brick architecture.
